<Groove Machine is based in London.

>.:: How far will you travel to a gig?
<Our normal distance we will travel to events is about 100 mile from Central London. If your event is further please give us a call as we still might be able to accept the booking but there will be a travel surcharge and accommodation may have to be provided for all members of the band.

>.:: How many people are in the band?
<The bands regular line up is 6 members but this can be expanded with extra vocalists, percussion and horn section if required. The line-up consisting of 1 male vocalist, 1 female vocalists, Saxophone/Keyboards, Guitar, Bass and Drums. There is always a minimum of 2 vocalists.

>.:: What does it cost to book the band?
<This depends on how far we have to travel and what time you want us to arrive to set up. We are happy to give you a quote if you contact us with the details of your event.

>.:: How long do you play for?
<We usually play 2 x 50 minute sets. It is possible to play for longer but we would need to bring an extra vocalist so the cost of booking the band would rise.

>.:: Do you have your own PA system and lights?
<Yes we have a 2.5k PA system which is suitable for small to medium venues. We also have our own 4k lighting rig.

>.:: What happens between sets.
<We can play CD's to keep your guests entertained. We bring a few compilation CDs but you are welcome to bring your own and we will play them through our system.

>.:: What time do you arrive to set up.
<We arrive around 5pm and it takes around one and half hours to set the equipment up. It is possible to arrive earlier but this will increase the booking cost.
